Thank you so much to Kim and Tony for a wonderful time at Demelza Cottage. Although we only stayed one night, we felt totally renovated and relaxed. Your breakfast was amazing, then a special treat to feed the chucks! My collection of ducks ( not real😱) are steadily growing and now at home in Spain!

Sept 2023 - Thanks for the nice stay. We really enjoyed the great advice for nice walks, places and sites to visit. Every day we had an amazing breakfast and a nice morning chat. First time B&B for us and it was a super great experience. Lovely jams, first duck egg ever, beautiful cottage in a charming and quiet place. Very nice place to stay we really enjoyed our 3 nights here, we were made to feel very welcome and we would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family.

A cute little cottage in the middle of nowhere which makes it more attractive. Fantastic views during the day and on a clear night the stars look amazing. If you want a peaceful few days this is the place to disappear to. A lot of attractions within close proximity.

Peaceful and beautiful location. Extremely clean inside the property and the BBQ area. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Home made cake on arrival. My children were invited to collect eggs from the hens which was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Lovely location, exceptional host. This place is fantastic for children and ours loved seeing all the farm animals and enjoyed the toys provided. Kim provides everything you need and you’re guaranteed a good nights sleep as it’s so fantastically peaceful. Thanks Kim

Kim was a great host who made us feel welcome and at home within her property. Our 2 year old loved meeting all the animals and collecting eggs. Kim and family were very kind involving her in these activities. The location is fantastic for exploring Cornwall and Devon as it's quite central. We would very much recommend Kim's place for people looking for someone homely and welcoming within Cornwall.

Have stayed twice at demelza cottage and will be returning! It's ideally located for the beaches and the Eden project (well worth the visit) the apartment is bright and comfortable and well equipped and the views are stunning.
Stu and kim are very welcoming and the leave you to come and go as you please. Even had a fresh baked cake on arrival.

Peaceful Cornwall. Stuart and Kim made us very welcome. Lovely and peaceful, fantastic views. We need to return to do Eden project.

We wanted to find a piece of Cornwall off the tourist trail and this apartment really delivered. We loved the setting on a smallholding, a completely different way of life to our usual hustle and bustle in Bracknell. The hosts were great and let us feed the chickens and collect eggs in the morning. I fell in love with the ducks and the horses. We will definitely come again.
