About Demelza Cottage
Demelza Cottage is an 18th-century homestead with bed and breakfast accommodation, a self-catering apartment, and a luxury shepherd's hut. Based in Central North Cornwall, the towns of Padstow, Wadebridge, Newquay, Bodmin, and St Austell are all within easy reach.
It offers peace and seclusion within the Cornish countryside, yet its proximity to the A30 (5 minutes) makes it easy to reach all that Cornwall has to offer including beaches on the North and South Coast, the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Bodmin Jail. The nearest beaches of Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth are within a 20-minute drive.
We would love to welcome you to our slice of heaven for a farm stay holiday. We moved here in 2014 for the good life with the aim of being as self-sufficient as possible. We still have to work for a living, but the satisfaction of producing home-grown is immeasurable. The B&B is where a lot of it comes together with eggs from the ducks and chickens and homemade jams.
