A Barn and Beryl

Our 3rd year at Demelza has been and gone and things seem to be progressing. A new barn, new chooks and a constant stream of tradesmen has seen improvements made and a better handle on things life has to throw at us.

A new year in Demelza

So, it's a new year in Demelza. It has certainly been a year of highs and lows and we're well and truly into the Cornish winter, with its wind, rain and very soggy land.

One year on

So, it's nearly a year since we moved to Demelza and what a year it's been. Full of highs and lows. We arrived at the cottage full of excitement and anticipation for the lifestyle it would bring us. Little did we know that just around the corner, Stuart's cancer would catch up with him and he would become seriously ill.
