The main farmhouse offers a holiday or business stay in a double room within a charming, traditional farmhouse. An additional feature is the use of a cosy lounge with beams and inglenook fireplace, a reading nook, TV, and table. A hearty traditional full English Breakfast is also served in this area, with other options available for longer stays including American pancakes, and a selection of produce from the smallholding. Settle in by the fire on a cold winter's day, or utilise the garden for an al-fresco glass of wine in the summer. Guests have sole use of a large bathroom, with shower, WC and basin, and far-reaching views across the countryside.

A boutique B&B set in the tranquil hamlet of Demelza, Cornwall. You will often hear the sound of owls hooting from the neighbouring woods, the sound of horses clip-clopping along the lane, and sometimes see the local farmer herding his sheep along the road. For un-rushed, lazy days - Demelza is the perfect spot to get away from it all, with a footpath nearby to explore the local countryside. The Saints Way is also within walking distance.

Breakfast will include home produce where possible, all dietary requirements catered for with advance notice.
